Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Services Representative is responsible for all human resource related functions in their assigned location(s) while ensuring employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and an issue free environment. They will act as an advocate for our employees and company, dedicated to providing a fair and consistent workplace while ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws. The Employee Services Representative regularly navigates employee relation issues, resolving disputes and conflicts, and performing thorough investigations with proper documentation. They must energetically take initiative even in the face of resistance or setbacks. They perform all employment related functions to include recruitment, onboarding, and company orientation. They provide career planning recommendations and follow up in training and development of their location employees.
