The Role
We're looking for someone to work closely with the Director of Talent and People Operations and People Partners to design and implement efficient people processes, operationalise People policies, and ensure an exceptional employee experience across all work streams. You'll be critical in optimising the delivery of People services, driving consistency, and improving employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
A key element of this role will be acting as the subject matter expert for our HRIS, HiBob, ensuring that the system is fully leveraged to meet our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Implementation: Collaborate with People Partners and People Hub to design and refine People processes that support business objectives and employee needs.
Policy Operationalisation: Translate People policies into practical, day-to-day operational practices. Ensure policies are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented across all teams.
HRIS Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for HiBob, leading initiatives to ensure the system is optimised for the company's needs. Train team members and stakeholders on HiBob functionalities and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to improve the overall employee experience, ensuring consistency and quality across all People touchpoints, from onboarding to offboarding.
People Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and People systems. Analyse People data to generate meaningful insights, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulations. Use data-driven analysis to inform process improvements and enhance employee experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure that People processes align with business needs and provide seamless support across departments.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all people operations processes comply with local employment laws and best practices, while also contributing to the development of policies that reflect our values.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of People processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and better employee engagement.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
HRIS Expertise: Deep understanding of HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob, with the ability to lead system optimisation efforts and train others on its use.
People Process Expertise: Strong understanding of People process design and implementation, with a focus on operational excellence and documentation.
Employee Experience Focus: Proven track record of enhancing employee experience through the operationalisation of policies and processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage employees and stakeholders at all levels.
Data-Driven: Strong ability to manage People data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and using insights to inform decisions.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with People Partners, finance, and operations teams to implement People processes.
Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify and resolve process-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.

The Nitty Gritty
Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based)
Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
