Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies for an effective and seamless hiring process that aligns with Tentang Anak's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the quality of hires by developing and utilizing effective assessment tools and techniques.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and reflective of Tentang Anak's values.
- Act as a business partner to department heads, providing guidance and support in developing manpower planning and understanding their hiring needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, interview, offering to onboarding, ensuring the hiring timeline is within the deadline
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and improvement to senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and 2 years of experience managing team or in leadership position
- Experience working in ecommerce, retails, and or FMCG familiar with fast-pace and dynamic environment is preferred
