About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to join our team at Knighted Ventures. Reporting to the Executive Talent Partner, you will focus on building and executing talent programs, supporting executive onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and talent brand marketing. In addition, you will take on various office administrative duties and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, as you will be working cross-functionally to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and operational support across the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and coordinate multiple talent acquisition programs, including executive onboarding and talent scheduling.
- Engage in recruiting efforts, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to define requirements, provide updates, and ensure effective program execution.
- Support the coordination and logistics of candidate interviews, scheduling, and feedback loops, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive the employer branding strategy and increase Knighted Ventures' visibility across social media platforms.
- Utilize data and insights to optimize talent acquisition processes and program effectiveness.
- Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs tailored to executive/and other hires to ensure their successful integration into the company.
- Manage external partnerships that enhance the talent acquisition pipeline and employer brand.
- Support special projects related to talent development, retention, and recruiting events.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for solving problems through creativity, agility, and thoughtfulness.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Knowledge of the candidate lifecycle and ability to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies to support employer branding initiatives.
- Eagerness to develop new skills in talent acquisition tools, processes, and systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Program Coordination, or HR.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and executing talent programs.
- Experience fully owning and managing a project from conception to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with employer branding or marketing.
- Familiarity with executive-level recruiting and coordinating processes.
- Exposure to onboarding program development and implementation.
