Headquartered in Horsham, PA, Sofidel America is currently looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sofidel Group Corporate Communications team, in Italy, to ensure that Sofidel America communications and Public Relations are in line with global corporate guidelines and strategies.
Supporting the development and execution of corporate communication strategies that align with business goals.
Drafting and distributing internal and external communications, to support both traditional & digital efforts
Collaborating with cross functional leadership to create content for corporate announcements and presentations.
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
Managing the content for internal newsletters from inception to completion.
Overseeing and managing the company’s public relations efforts to enhance visibility and reputation in the United States.
Drafting press releases, media statements, and other external communication tools.
Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
Monitoring press coverage and preparing reports to track PR campaign performance and media impressions
Working closely with Human Resources and other internal stakeholders to plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Assisting in the development of content for employee engagement programs, such as recognition events, town halls, and leadership communications.
Contributing to the creation and distribution of employee newsletters and internal campaigns aimed at fostering a positive company culture.
Creating and managing Sofidel America social media posts to support company initiatives on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Corporate goals and voice.
Monitoring social media trends, engagement metrics, and community feedback to refine strategies.
Tracking and reporting on social media performance, using analytics to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns
Being a key Ambassador of Sofidel’s values, products, and branding.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, and social media management is preferred.
Solid computer skills, across the suite of MS Office tools
Experience in Social Media content management & development skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
