Do the Work You Want & Love livingHR, a progressive HR consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Contract People/HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic HR consulting while working closely with a single, high-profile client.
As a People/HR Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of this organization by providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the client's leadership team to develop and implement innovative HR strategies that drive business success and foster a positive workplace culture.
This role is hybrid 1-2x per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Consulting: Provide expert advice on HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Data-Driven HR: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making
- HR Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and maximize employee engagement
- Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- People Operations Support: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Culture, DEI, and EX: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being
Qualifications:
- Someone who loves HR, believes in the value of workplace culture and has a progressive approach to solving human capital challenges
- Great with collaborating and working in a results-oriented and team setting
- Cool with growth and working in a culture-centric environment
- Extremely hands-on and agile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic consulting.
