Job Description:
As an HR Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Human Resources and Marketing departments. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies that enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and promote our company's culture and values. You will work closely with HR and Marketing teams to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with potential candidates and current employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our employer brand and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. This includes creating and promoting content that highlights our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Talent Attraction: Collaborate with HR to create and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, job boards, and industry events to attract qualified candidates.
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics that showcase our company culture and career opportunities.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in developing job descriptions, crafting compelling job postings, and managing recruitment marketing tools and platforms to ensure they align with our employer branding strategy.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and other marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our company to potential candidates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, HR marketing, or recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
