Reporting to the Deputy Director (Talent Attraction & Development) in the Human Resource Division, you will design, develop and implement talent, career development and employee engagement initiatives in MPA to ensure an engaged workforce.

Career Development
Develop career pathways and related resources to guide officers and supervisors on career planning by articulating key experiences/ competencies at different career stages.
Drive career development initiatives to develop, engage and retain MPA officers and talents.
Identify key competencies to meet current and future business needs. Work with business units to establish competency framework and translate to implementation in HR processes.
Align with MPA’s business transformation, work with line divisions to review the impact on MPA jobs. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the transformed jobs. This includes career development, training and performance management.
Learning and Development
Work with line divisions to translate MPA’s business goals into upskilling strategies to prepare officers to be more future-ready to support evolving business needs amidst tighter resource constraints.
Develop and implement upskilling initiatives to prepare our officers early ahead of retirement, so as to enhance their employability.
Work with MPA Academy and training providers to curate and implement core and leadership training programmes. This includes onboarding programmes for new hires and leaders
[What we are looking for]
You should possess at least 3 – 5 years of working experience, with relevant experience in the aforementioned HR functions or Business Partnering. Knowledge in career development and job redesign will be useful.
You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
