Prominent boutique celebrity branding agency is seeking a Los Angeles-based Junior Talent Agent with at least 2+ years of experience at a talent agency, management firm, brand-marketing agency or relevant job role.
The agency exclusively represents top A-List celebrity actors & musicians in the branding space (e.g., endorsements, licensing, brand incubation, paid appearances, paid social media, tour sponsorships, 360 brand campaigns, celebrity brand partnerships, etc.) and is looking for candidates who have a passion for entertainment, advertising/marketing/brands, tv/film, music, and celebrity talent.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain a network of global brands and marketing agencies to identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities for a diverse client base.
- Proactively pitch clients to brands for various partnership opportunities, including but not limited to social media campaigns, TV commercials, tour sponsorships, and comprehensive 360 endorsement and brand ambassador deals.
- Oversee and evaluate incoming inquiries for clients regarding brand partnership opportunities.
- Perform research to identify suitable brand partners based on clients' core demographics and target audience.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial concept development to negotiation and final execution, working closely with both artist and brand teams.
- Facilitate the coordination of logistics for large-scale talent brand campaigns, sponsorships, and personal appearances, ensuring all deliverables are met in collaboration with brand and artist teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic research.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships across all facets of the entertainment industry, including talent, managers, attorneys, publicists, brands, and buyer agencies.
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience working at a talent agency, management firm, brand-marketing agency, in-house, or in a comparable role.
- Proven track record in negotiating partnership and endorsement deals, or other commercial agreements within the entertainment industry.
- A well-established network of brand and agency contacts to leverage for business development.
- Extensive knowledge of pop-culture, brand marketing/partnerships, and the overall entertainment landscape.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with exceptional prioritization and time management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
