Our client, a leader in the utility industry, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Columbus, Ohio!

*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!*

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will handle full life-cycle recruiting, managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating job offers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, process management, and utilizing Workday.

Responsibilities:

Executing full life cycle recruiting activities that include research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified talent
Perform resume reviews, phone screens, and presenting candidates to hiring leader
Drive high candidate experience favorability scores by supporting candidates through the recruiting process and providing strong feedback during and after

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office
3+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting
