- ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
- The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- This role will play a critical part in shaping our organization's talent strategy and driving business results.
- The role will be responsible in building practices that build a performance driven, employee focused culture.
- Ensure standardization & processes related to Talent mobility across organization.
- Implement the company's talent management processes including Job Rotation, Performance management, Promotions & elevations.

- KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/ Financials
- Design and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and support career development.
- Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent needs.
- Develop and implement performance management processes and tools.
- Design and deliver assessment and development centers to evaluate talent and identify development needs.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks and assessment tools.
- Provide feedback and coaching to participants and managers.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
- Develop and implement accelerated development plans for high-potential employees.
Customer
- Liaise with leadership team to understand the leadership development needs and develop programs accordingly.
- Develop strong relationships with regional teams to ensure that the developed practices are facilitated by regions and closed as per timelines
- Acts as a consultant to regional teams in clarifying any process or policy related deviations
- Design and develop HR policies and processes that support talent management initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies and processes are aligned with business objectives.
- Implement and communicate policies and processes to employees.
- Collaborate with business/functional leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organization structures that support business objectives.
- Analyze organization design data to identify trends and insights that inform design decisions.
- Provide recommendations to business leaders on organization design and restructuring initiatives.
Internal Process
- Draft and circulate all policies, frameworks and SOPs related to talent management practices to drive standardization across organization
- Maintain all the related MISs, reports and analytics and share the same as and when required
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track talent metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform talent decisions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
- Coordinate for any statutory requirements including reporting, audit and compliance
- Design workflow & BRDs for relevant integration of Talent Management module in HRMS
- Identifying process improvements, changes in policies and procedures that would improve the employee HR experience related to talent management
- Owner of JDs & responsible for maintenance & updation of JDs repository for the Organization
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational
Qualifications
- Post Graduation in HR from a reputed organization is preferred
Experience(Years and Core Experience Type)
- 7-8years of overall experience in HR
- 3-4 years preferably in Talent Management & Performance Management in a medium to large size organization
Certifications
- HR Certifications preferably in Talent Management
Functional Skills
- Understanding of HR employee life cycle
- Knowledge and experience of introducing new practices and upgrade ongoing practices
- Expertise in Data analytics, setting up systems and preparing presentations
