About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join IPOS International as Head of HR. Reporting to the Managing Director of IPOS International, the Head of HR is responsible for leading a team in implementing and managing HR operations in alignment with IPOS Group policies. This role oversees day-to-day HR functions, ensures policy compliance, and drives operational excellence within IPOS International while collaborating closely with IPOS HR (HCD) for key HR processes and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements IPOS Group’s HR policies in line with Group direction and regulatory requirements
- Works closely with IPOS HCD on workforce planning, career schemes, competencies, budgeting, compensation, benefits and promotions
- Leads the HR team, partners with business owners and manages vendors to deliver end-to-end HR services
- Ensures timely reporting, audit readiness and compliance with internal and external governance requirements
Are you the one? Please write to us if you are/have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with good knowledge of Singapore employment law, HR trends and systems
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team
- Prior experience in aligning subsidiary HR with parent company strategy preferred but not mandatory
- Possesses strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
