Job Description
The Director of Global Talent Development will lead the strategy and execution of our talent development and organizational development efforts, ensuring our leaders and employees are equipped to succeed and drive meaningful impact. This role is instrumental in building a culture that fuels high performance, agility, and innovation by embedding our Great Leadership behaviors across the organization.
As a strategic thought partner to business and HR leaders, you will drive leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline and enhance organizational resilience. You’ll collaborate with team members to help evolve performance management and employee listening practices, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with our leadership behaviors and the ever-evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Leadership Development
- Scale, integrate, and enable our newly created Great Leadership behaviors into all levels of leadership development, from Individual Contributors to Senior Executives.
- Design and implement high-impact leadership programs that address leadership needs at different career stages (e.g., first-time managers, directors, and executives), yet primarily focused on Manager and Senior Manager development.
- Manage vendor partnerships to leverage external programs and services.
- Develop and execute a 360-degree feedback strategy, prioritizing leaders at the VP and SVP levels while enabling lighter-touch tools for other leadership levels.
- Partner with HR team members to embed Great Leadership behaviors into selection and succession planning.
Organizational Development & Design
- Launch an Organizational Design Playbook, providing HRBPs and business leaders with best practices and frameworks for team and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives that improve organizational alignment with company strategy, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Drive initiatives that foster a culture of growth, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling teams to execute with excellence.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Deep experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
- Proven ability to design and scale leadership development programs aligned with business strategy.
- Experience bringing a leadership framework to life and embedding it meaningfully in the full employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning processes).
- Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and be resilient.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications:
- Leadership Coaching or Organizational Design certifications are preferred.
Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is $188,000 — $270,250 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
