We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Recruiting Manager to establish and lead our Estonian office. This role is critical in hiring top-tier talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Estonian work culture, labor laws, HR processes, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse to streamline recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations of the Tallinn office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for various roles in Estonia, identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
- ATS Management: Utilize ATS platforms like Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and streamline the hiring process.
- HR Administration: Manage employee onboarding, contracts, benefits, and compliance with Estonian labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact for Estonian employees, addressing concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring engagement.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local regulations and company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management teams globally to align recruiting and employee management strategies with company goals.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote a strong company culture in the Tallinn office, supporting employee well-being and professional development.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Estonian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR processes.
- Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse to manage hiring workflows efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage office operations.
- Fluent in Estonian and English.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
