In IKEA of Sweden, Range, we want to put in the next gear of moving IKEA product range and make us better together. We have decided to put the product in the center – with a full focus on the core of our assignment, product development.
We are now looking for two (2) People & Culture Leaders that will work with strengthening the people agenda across Range so we can continue to grow our business.
As a P&C Leader, you will work closely with the P&C team in your unit, leading and keeping together the P&C agenda and acting as a tactical and operational support to the P&C manager in your unit. In this role, you will either report to Pernilla Borg, P&C manager Range Operations or Maria Fridh, P&C manager Range Areas.
To succeed as a People & Culture Leader, you have strong and broad business & people knowledge and a cross-functional understanding of IKEA way of doing business. You have excellent abilities in building partnerships based on trust, collaboration and support across functions and it´s clear that you live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture.
You are highly motivated to work with people and competence and can create an atmosphere where it feels safe enough to raise difficult issues. You can work with broad questions and are comfortable leading across. You have experience in leading change management and are a skilled facilitator.
We are looking for Youthat have several years of experience within the HR field. You have strong leadership capabilities and are at your best leading in a high-paced and changing environment. You know what it’s like to work in an organization that requires you to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders from various functions and units and you are great at communication and change management. You can build and maintain strong networks and you are always committed and guided by IKEA Culture & Values. Preferably a good understanding of the IKEA strategic landscape and business ambitions.
We are based in Älmhult, Sweden – the heart of IKEA.
