The People & Culture team at SI-BONE has an opening for a People & Culture Operations Generalist and is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about both people and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in optimizing our talent acquisition processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational success through effective people strategies. Location: Must be local to SF Bay Area and willing to be on-site in our Santa Clara offices a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with the ability and willingness to be on-site on Fridays based on business needs. We are conveniently located at the Santa Clara Caltrain station.
SI-BONE® is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint. SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage key end-to-end processes, implement effective planning and retention strategies to meet the diverse needs in a dynamic business environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate profiles and develop effective interview plans
- Partners with People & Culture Associate and or the payroll team to ensure transactional paperwork is handled smoothly.
- Assist the manager to develop and implement effective recruitment actions to meet the hiring goals. Ensure satisfactory onboarding process, transfer and off-boarding experiences of new employee, and prepare the relevant letters or documents.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Lead reporting, analytics, and operational aspects of talent acquisition
- Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify trends to inform decision-making
Process Optimization:
- Streamline and enhance talent acquisition operations, including onboarding, contingent workers, and reporting processes
- Implement and maintain People & Culture systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proficient with reporting
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (ideally ADP and Greenhouse)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with multiple HR disciplines, including staffing, investigations, compensation practices, performance improvement plans, on-boarding/off-boarding process, employee relations, diversity/inclusion, talent management, and succession planning.
- Knowledge and understanding of benefits administration and payroll
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in talent operations, generalist or related field, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, rapid-growth organization
Salary range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position considering the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
$75,000-100,000 (California – SF Bay Area)
