Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- BBA/B.com/BMA with 0-1 years of industry experience.
- Experience in hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
