Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role). You will need to have experience working in either Manufacturing, Construction or similar.

Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, etc
Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans.
Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
Support the recruitment process - writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
Inductions

You will need the following experience:-

CIPD qualification of equivalent
Proven HR Generalist experience at Manager level
Dealt with complex ER Cases
Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation
Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.

In return they offer a salary of £Negotiable (dependent on experience).
