The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Account Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our busy recruitment desks , ensuring education professionals are placed in the right schools while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, problem-solving, and handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Booking & Filling Positions – Coordinate with consultants to ensure roles are swiftly and efficiently filled with the right candidates .
✔ Resourcing & Availability – Proactively source, screen, and build strong relationships with candidates , ensuring a steady talent pipeline.
✔ Candidate Management – Act as a key point of contact for education professionals, providing support, guidance, and an outstanding recruitment experience .
✔ Events & Social Media – Help attract top candidates by attending recruitment fairs, networking events , and managing online engagement .
✔ Marketing Support – Assist in branding and recruitment campaigns , boosting our reach and attracting high-quality candidates .
✔ Relationship Management – Maintain strong partnerships with candidates and clients, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
✔ Database & Compliance Management – Ensure all candidate records, documentation, and compliance checks are up to date, keeping recruitment processes efficient and legally sound.

Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should be:
✔ Minimum of 6 months experience in the recruitment sector – Prior experience in recruitment, resourcing, or account management is essential.
✔ Highly Organised – You can juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
✔ People-Focused – You thrive on building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
✔ Proactive & Self-Motivated – You don’t wait for instructions—you take initiative and get things done.

✔ Confident Communicator – You can engage candidates, clients, and colleagues with ease, both in person and online.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using recruitment software, databases, and social media to attract and manage candidates.
✔ Marketing & Social Media Awareness – Experience or interest in using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media campaigns to source and attract talent is a plus!
