The P&C team works in a hybrid way, with it’s base at the Kingston Road office in South Wimbledon. We are currently a team of 4 supporting over 200 colleagues across a number of services in South and West London and cover the whole People remit.
Our services provide critical support for our communities and our colleagues carry out challenging work. The P&C team are vital in supporting those colleagues and working to provide an environment and solutions that make Evolve a rewarding and fulfilling place to be.
You will join a lively, supportive, and friendly team to work together to provide an excellent service for our colleagues.
The two main areas of responsibility will be to manage the resourcing life-cycle, with the support of the team and the P&C Manager. You will also have an ER remit that supports colleagues and managers going through work challenges, again with the support of the P&C Manager. You will be encouraged to support other P&C initiatives as time allows and you will be encouraged, and expected, to continuously develop and learn both internally and externally.

You will need to be able to work shifts on a pre-planned rolling rota - 5 /7 days a week including mornings (from 7am), evenings (to 10pm) - these also include mid shifts and weekends.
