The Opportunity
We have a genuine career opportunity for a driven, professional People and Culture Advisor to join our People Team based on the Gold Coast . You will provide day to day coaching and support to our successful South Coast Radiology (SCR) Group , which incorporates South Coast Radiology, Darling Downs Radiology & Mackay Radiology.
Reporting to the State People & Culture Manager - Queensland , you will be part of our IDX Group QLD People team consisting of the State P&C Manager, P&C Officer, and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators. You will work closely with the local SCR management team to support multiple radiology sites.
Key Responsibilities
Advising your own client group as well as participating in IDX group strategic people projects, you will formulate partnerships to deliver value added service to both management and employees that reflect the business objectives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business Partnering: Partner with employees and leaders to provide timely advice on all HR and performance related topics.
- Industrial & Employee Relations: Advise managers on awards, workplace legislation, dispute resolution, and employee relations.
- Performance Management: Coach and support managers on performance issues and professional development.
- Employee Engagement: Work with leaders on culture, well-being and engagement initiatives - this is an opportunity to be creative and make a tangible difference to employee experience.
- WorkCover: Manage WorkCover claims, to ensure successful return-to-work processes.
- HR Projects: Participate in local, state and national HR projects.
- General HR Administration: Handle recruitment requisitions, employment contracts, bonus letters, and salary/wage increase notifications.
This is a genuine HR role , with no payroll and no OHS!
♀️ About You
- Previous P&C advisor or HR generalist experience
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Employee relations knowledge and application of both Federal and State Industrial Relations legislation and contemporary HR practices.
- Takes initiative with a positive approach to champion continuous improvement.
- HCM experience preferable in Sage and/or Workday
