About the role
The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful implementation of People Plus. People Plus is a multi-tenanted human resources information system (HRIS) for several Health Services in the Barwon South West region.
This role is responsible for the product strategy and roadmap, product development, stakeholder collaboration and engagement, user experience and adoption, and performance monitoring and improvement.
This position will be an integral member of the People Plus project team, collaborating with clinical, non-clinical, and corporate stakeholders across Health Services to ensure the delivery of a user-friendly and sound HRIS solution that meets the needs of the respective Health Services. This role will ensure that the following SAP Success Factors modules are successfully implemented:
- Recruitment retrofit
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Employee Central
- Employee Central Payroll
- People Analytics reporting
- Professional Development Review
This role will leverage Project Team expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders, develop best practices, and enhance the overall employee experience by uplifting and streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance, and driving the strategic goals of the Health Services.
