We are looking to appoint an efficient, dynamic and well organised HR Manager to support the Senior Management Team in managing the HR functions of the School.
This role would suit either an HR Advisor with schools experience ready to take their first step into a management role or someone who has already established themselves as a skilled manager and HR practitioner. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate. Excellent verbal as well as written communication is essential as well as flexibility, attention to detail and complete discretion.
You will also have a strong interest in staff wellbeing and seek to quickly build positive relationships with all staff encouraging staff retention and achievement.
This is a highly hands on and operational role and you will need to be extremely organised juggling many different priorities.
This is a part time term time appointment with a competitive salary and benefit package. The hours of work can vary dependent on the successful candidate (approximately 25-30 hours per week). We are happy to consider a hybrid work schedule.
