We are seeking an influential and strategic Vice President of People to join their leadership team. Based in Clearwater, FL, this is an onsite role, requiring someone experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments. As the VP of People, you will be tasked with building a robust HR team in Clearwater, developing and executing people strategies tied to growth, talent acquisition, change management, and HR process implementation. You will serve as a key business partner to the C-Suite and board, driving critical HR initiatives while making your voice heard to influence decisions that propel the company forward.

Requirements
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in high-growth environments
- Experience building HR teams from the ground up, including developing location strategies and driving return-to-office initiatives
- Expertise in change management, having successfully navigated organizational growth through acquisitions or rapid scaling
- Strong background in talent acquisition and implementing HRIS systems (selection, rollout, and integration)
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations strategies, and leadership development programs
- Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL, 5 days a week
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-Suite executives and gain buy-in from the board
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the HR function in Clearwater, developing the HR team, location strategy, and processes to support business growth
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth integration of new policies, structures, and systems as the company expands
- Lead all talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent as it grows
- Implement HRIS systems and other technology to streamline HR operations, providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives and values
- Partner closely with the C-Suite, influencing key decisions and strategies to drive employee engagement, performance, and business success
- Oversee learning and development initiatives, creating a culture of continuous improvement and leadership growth across all levels of the organization
