Our mission is to unlock the potential of business and government working better, together. We'd love for you to join us on our journey.
Our mission is to unlock the potential of business and government working better, together.
The partnership between business and government is vital in making our communities productive & cohesive, but inefficiency and bureaucracy is currently the norm. We are using a modern approach to change this.
Our SaaS platform gives businesses a clear view of opportunities to work with the public sector, and the tools needed to manage them. We are bringing together a massive amount of messy government data to bring clarity and transparency to a space that desperately needs it.
We've seen fantastic traction from industry leading customers such as Salesforce, Civica, Vodafone, and many others. We’re also backed by some of the best investors out there (Headline, Acton, Speedinvest, Seedcamp, Form Ventures, FJ Labs, and more!)

Working at Stotles
It's go time. Here's why we're looking for you.
We operate in a sector ripe for technological improvement. Our market is hungry for change.
We're hiring a highly motivated and organised individual to ramp up people operations at Stotles. You will report to the acting People and Talent Manager and work closely with our Founders and Leadership team. This is a role for someone who is excited by working at a startup behind-the-scenes and is motivated by being a key part of building + scaling a people function.
You will also get exposure to other aspects of the business such as talent acquisition, general operations, product management, growth, customer success, and special projects.
Comp Range: £50-60k salary with additional stock-options depending on experience
As People Operations Manager at Stotles, you will be the first port of call for all things HR and People. Your skills, input and experience will be required throughout important People discussions across the team.
You'll be working across the full spectrum of work on "people operations", executing on major workflows to ensure that the business continues to run smoothly.
For example:
