Job Description:
Join our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team to enhance our marketing and branding efforts. You'll focus on updating our employer branding materials to improve candidate experience and ensuring all digital content is appealing to top talent.
- Collaboration:
- Familiarize yourself with our branding guidelines (tradename, colors, fonts, AP style) to ensure all materials are appropriately branded.
- Assist with branding on landing pages within our CRM platform, Phenom People.
- Review existing content for relevance and ensure proper branding across videos, social media, podcasts, and event materials from the last three years.
- Support:
- Track updates and recommendations in a spreadsheet for approval.
- Identify process improvements and address any issues that arise.
- Organize data on SharePoint and social media to showcase our diversity efforts.
- Present highlights in monthly meetings to spark new ideas.
- Review and rebrand/edit videos for Culture HQ.
- Ensure podcast episodes meet branding standards.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow best practices.

- Education in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in content creation, employer branding, recruitment marketing or talent attraction.
- Good interpersonal skills to work within and across divisions to achieve the desired outcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in promoting events and building community connections.
