As the Talent & Engagement Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent & Engagement Department in shaping Incipio’s Employee Value Proposition. You will assist in providing support throughout the recruitment life cycle, as well as the overall employee experience, planning and delivering exceptional engagement programmes for our teams and coordinate a variety of incentives aligned with group activations and partnerships.
This dynamic role involves providing vital support across a range of tasks and projects. From managing day-to-day people operations to contributing to strategic initiatives like new venue openings, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We Expect You To:
Support our venues with recruitment by ensuring all collateral is up-to-date, reflects our tone of voice, and aligns with our recruitment practices.
Collaborate with the Talent & Engagement Manager in workforce planning for our venues.
Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and other direct channels, helping to identify and engage top talent.
Draft and update job adverts, offer letters and templates, ensuring they are clear, on-brand, compliant, and designed to attract the right candidates for Incipio.
Ensure venues are keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Support and coordinate open days, ensuring high-volume recruitment is delivered to the highest standard of excellence.
Be an incredible ambassador for Incipio, effortlessly sharing what it’s like to work here with positivity and enthusiasm.
Use our reporting tools to measure commercial impact of various initiatives and incentives.
Research and identify innovative resources to expand and diversify talent pools.
Contribute to Incipio’s employer brand through Linkedin Posts, social media and other communications streams.
Maintain regular communication with our teams, be a visible and approachable leader in our venues, and actively engage with all aspects of Incipio.
Introduce innovative initiatives to the Talent & Engagement department, whether through enhancing benefits, strengthening our employer brand, or attracting new talent.
Support with various administrative tasks.
Support with the organisation of our Annual Team Awards & social events.
Who You’ll Be:
Someone who loves Hospitality and all it has to offer, who understands the benefits of a career in this industry.
Proven experience successfully recruiting hospitality teams.
A passion for DE&I initiatives.
Adaptable and proactive with strong communication skills.
A collaborative worker who is inspired by others.
Well versed in using Harri’s ATS and Documentation Management platform preferred.
Analytical with strong Excel skills.
Insightful, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy.
