What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead the group recruitment function, along with managing our team of Talent Acquisition Advisors. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all recruitment activities and initiatives across the group.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing recruitment website content, reducing reliance on agency placements by building future talent pipelines, and leading diversity and inclusion efforts through targeted recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse range of candidates.
With your recruitment expertise, you’ll be able to advise the business on the best platforms to attract top talent for each specific role and collaborate with these providers to secure competitive commercial agreements.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and execute plans to attract diverse talent.
- Develop and maintain engaging, up-to-date content across various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support our hiring needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and align on hiring priorities.
- Build future talent pipelines by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Lead and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives by executing targeted recruitment campaigns aimed at attracting a diverse range of candidates.
- Monitor, track and report on key recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
