At Vision Express, part of EssilorLuxottica, we are a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of lenses, frames and sunglasses. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role in building our high-performing teams. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to facilitating successful hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and champion a candidate-centric approach.
Responsibilities:Partnering & Advisory:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define and refine candidate requirements.
- Advise on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Support diversity initiatives and build inclusive recruitment solutions.
Sourcing & Attraction:
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top talent.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates through direct outreach and employer branding initiatives.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Offer Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build competitive and attractive offer packages.
- Negotiate successfully with candidates to secure the best talent.
Data & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates).
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform recruitment strategy.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
- Partner with the wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Right to work in the UK.
