We are looking for an
Senior Internal Communication Managerto join our team.
Job Description
Internal Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals and HR objectives;
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels, reflecting the company’s tone of voice and culture.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling content for newsletters, intranet updates, town halls, and other internal platforms;
- Oversee the development of multimedia materials, including videos, presentations, and graphics, to enhance communication efforts.
Employee Engagement and Corporate Culture:
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to design and execute initiatives that boost employee engagement and reinforce corporate values;
- Support leadership in delivering impactful messages that resonate with employees at all levels.
Change Communication:
- Develop and execute communication plans for organizational changes, such as policy updates, mergers, or strategic initiatives;
- Manage feedback mechanisms to ensure employees feel heard and included during times of change.
Channel Management:
- Oversee internal communication platforms, including the intranet, email newsletters, and collaboration tools, ensuring their effectiveness and accessibility;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to align internal communication efforts with broader business strategies;
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the Employer Brand and Communication department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong storytelling ability with a knack for simplifying complex messages;
- Proficiency in managing internal communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranets, email marketing systems);
- Analytical mindset to measure and improve communication effectiveness;
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills;
- Collaborative and people-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments;
- Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
