Your Impact
We are seeking a creative and driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that elevate our brand, expand our fan base, and deepen engagement across the United States.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for creating unforgettable fan experiences, driving visibility for the Manchester City brand, and developing key partnerships that ensure our cultural relevance in the U.S. market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive fan acquisition and engagement across the USA. Use market insights, audience segmentation, and performance metrics to optimize results.
- Conceptualize and deliver impactful events, grassroots activations, and fan engagement programs that create memorable experiences and grow our fan base.
- Build partnerships with creative industries such as music and art to connect with diverse audiences, enhance merchandise strategies, and expand our reach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with sports leagues, teams, personalities, and media networks to amplify our visibility and influence in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with global teams to align local initiatives with global priorities, ensuring impactful execution and results.
- Support the team in tracking budgets, managing expenditures, and processing payments to vendors in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven experience in event planning, grassroots programs, and executing commercial partnerships.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets and multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required to support key initiatives.
- A team player with a passion for creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Desirable Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A passion for international football and a strong understanding of U.S. sports culture.

Compensation
This exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $65,000-$70,000 and is not overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
