We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for a roster of talented digital creators, helping them navigate the fast-paced world of content creation, monetisation, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of digital creators, understanding their goals and helping to shape their careers.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure collaborations with top-tier brands that align with each creator's unique voice and audience.
- Strategic Growth: Work with creators to develop and execute long-term strategies to grow their personal brands, revenue streams, and audience engagement.
- Market Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in the digital content space to keep your clients ahead of the curve.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents, managers, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
- Problem-Solving: Handle challenges with professionalism and creativity, whether it’s managing a crisis, resolving disputes, or adapting to shifting priorities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes digital culture and understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the creator space.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in talent management (Management of Digital Creators)
- A strong network of contacts within the brand, agency, and/or digital media world.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to secure top-tier deals for clients.
- An in-depth understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.) and their monetisation models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re as comfortable pitching a brand as you are advising a creator.
