Our client, a high-growth PE-backed healthcare provider specializing in outpatient treatment, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and innovate their recruitment strategies. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategies that align with their ambitious growth goals while mentoring a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Strategic Hiring Plans:
- Developing and implementing hiring strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensuring competitive talent strategies by leveraging market trends and salary data.
Recruitment Leadership:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including ATS optimization and partnerships with job boards.
- Personally recruiting for leadership, corporate, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Leading sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
Team Management:
- Mentoring and guiding a team of two recruiters.
- Promoting collaboration between talent acquisition and marketing teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for hiring and retention.
- Presenting insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Candidate Experience:
- Enhancing the candidate journey to ensure a smooth, inclusive process.
- Creating recruitment marketing strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Promoting inclusive hiring practices at every stage.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8-10+ years of experience (2+ years in a leadership capacity) in talent acquisition.
- Expertise in clinical recruitment, including placing onsite health technicians.
- A strong background in agency (required) or a blend of agency and internal recruiting, with a track record of building robust candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage recruitment teams.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.
