We are seeking a Recruiter to assist in identifying and hiring top talent for our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing and engaging candidates, while supporting the recruitment process and collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial screenings, ensuring a comprehensive search across job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, analyzing data to refine processes and improve results.
Must Have
- Experience in recruiting for tech and non tech roles, ideally in start-ups.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
