Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as the Head of Human Resources Operations at EIT Culture & Creativity. The role involves overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies and policies, managing HR information systems, and ensuring the effective functioning of all HR processes. The position is based in Cologne with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- HR Operations, HR Strategy, HR Policies, and HRIS management
- Experience in creating and implementing HR processes
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the cultural or creative sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
