As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the creation and implementation of a proactive workforce strategy that captivates and acquires talented individuals, fulfilling our present and future staffing aspirations. Your responsibility will be to hire individuals who not only meet the required qualifications but also resonate with our organisational values.
Person Specification:
To be considered for this role you will need:
Key Experience:
- A proven track record in dynamic domestic and international recruitment.
- Insight into the veterinary and/or Agrifood sector or regulatory services.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media for recruitment.
- Solid experience with ATS and understanding of skilled worker visa processes.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking capabilities.
- The ability to independently prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Skills in conflict management and data interpretation for informed decision-making.

Education:
