The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for supervision of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses, and oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.
HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of Head of People & Culture.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the execution of the Authority’s 2024-2027 Strategic Plan’s People Pillar. Previous broad experience of working in an operational role with exposure to areas including HR, culture and finance is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience, strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure and to be able to manage a workload of varied complexity and deal with competing priorities. The postholder will hold a professional qualification relevant to human resources and a qualification relevant to accounting would be desirable.
