As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you’ll manage and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes for all job levels while providing exceptional candidate experiences.
You’ll also have the opportunity to directly manage recruitment for niche and leadership roles.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Ensuring the team meets hiring KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, and diversity goals.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to align recruitment strategies with company objectives.
- Optimizing processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to drive efficiency.
- Getting hands-on with recruitment for niche and leadership roles, guiding the process from sourcing to hire.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while driving performance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and improve processes.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering a great candidate and team experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- A proven track record of meeting hiring objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Familiarity with employment laws and diversity hiring practices.
- Exposure to international recruitment and talent strategies is a plus.
- English: C-level proficiency (both written and spoken).
