About The Role
We’re currently bringing our marketing efforts back in house after a period of outsourcing to an agency. This key role will support the Head of Marketing in ensuring brand credibility and positioning via compelling content creation and copy throughout the buyer journey as well as support internal communications and engagement with colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the marketing strategy with Head of Marketing, ensuring brand positioning and value propositions remain current and differentiated from the competition, input into budget planning
- Align with the go-to-market plan and produce engaging, on-brand copy and optimised content for various channels: email, newsletters, social media, white papers, case studies, blog articles, web-site, video etc.
- Research and understand various target audiences / personas and create copy, content and sales enablement assets that resonates with them throughout the buyer journey
- Define and deliver the social media strategy to increase engagement and followers
- Ensure copy delivers strong engagement and conversion using A/B testing (CTA’s and subject lines) to improve communication performance
- Internal communications support across the business to disseminate strategic direction and change initiatives, update of SharePoint intranet site driving positive employee engagement
- Identify appropriate award submissions and PR / sponsorship opportunities to raise the credibility of the Agile brand within the data industry and client / partner base
- Develop strategies to improve brand share of voice (SOV)
- Report on communications effectiveness and brand SOV
- Ad-hoc project support for service and product innovation
About You
It would be ideal if you would have…
- The ability to distil a technical subject matter and craft it into compelling content for different audience types
- Experience adapting copy for different channels and understanding of writing for SEO (keywords, meta data etc.)
- Proven experience of devising strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement, ideally B2B
- Demonstrable experience of social media channel strategy, management and growth
- An analytical mindset to inform future direction
- A self-starter approach who can prioritise efficiently and work independently
- A confident collaborator and excellent communicator who can work with Sales, Consulting, People and Alliances teams
It would be beneficial if you have…
- Exposure to SharePoint and site creation / maintenance would be an advantage
- Previous experience within a Data and Analytics, Cloud Services company
- Exposure to previous marketing comms experience within a Consulting Services, Business Services or Software Sales sector
