As they work to remain true to their vision of enabling organisations and people to get on with what is most important, supported by their mission of achieving this through their people and innovative technology, they are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to drive contemporary people programs of work to achieve this.
This role will initially commence part-time at 3 days per week with the scope for it to grow with the business over time!
The Leaders
This role will report into the CEO, who is an experienced leader in driving high-performance and curating a down-to-earth and collaborative culture – one where people can be at their best. You will sit as part of the leadership team, working in partnership to align your P&C strategy to the respective business lines and the overarching Constant business strategy.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine value-add People & Culture Manager opportunity where you will partner with the CEO to develop and implement strategic P&C initiatives that drive performance and promote culture. You will partner with leaders across the entire business, including corporate functions and operations teams, providing support and guidance that ensures all employees are working aligned to the core values of Constant and enhancing the employee experience.
This is also a unique opportunity to work to transform the way in which performance is viewed and measured, aligning it to organisational values and commercial objectives.
You will also have the support of an external P&C consultancy to support tactical people matters.
Further, you will:
- Coach leaders to uplift capability and knowledge across HR activities including policies, performance, engagement, culture and systems;
- Review and re-development of the Reward and Recognition strategy;
- Oversee the recruitment process for senior roles and leadership of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist;
- Development of the performance management system to align to organisational goals;
- Rollout and embedment of organisational values and supporting leaders and employees across the business to ensure alignment and adoption;
- Collaborate with leaders across Australia to support business goals through pragmatic people initiatives;
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business as well as the outsources HR consultancy provider; and
- Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on ER and performance issues to reach positive outcomes.
About You
We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager who has experience working in both a strategic and operational capacity, supporting an operational blue-collar workforce. You will bring with you a generalist skillset along with expertise in cultural transformation/organisational development and have strong commercial acumen.
Your ability to navigate the employee lifecycle and work with leaders to uplift capability will see you succeed as well as looking at ways to create efficiencies that are high impact.
Superior stakeholder engagement skills are critical, and you will be comfortable in collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to work together to achieve desired outcomes.

The Process
This process will consist of two interviews in addition to an interview with a Levyl consultant. You will have the opportunity to meet with the CEO and other key stakeholders as part of the process.
