Reports to: Office Manager with a dotted line to Executive Partner to CEO & Internal Operations Manager
Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Purpose: To manage front of house to the highest standards while delivering seamless internal communications.
Front of House Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome; assist with seating and offer refreshments.
- Keep all meeting rooms immaculate according to company standards, manage room bookings, and arrange alternative options if needed.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, manage deliveries, distribute post, and book couriers as necessary.
- Order, arrange, and maintain floral displays in front-of-house areas.
- Open and securely close the premises according to the allocated shift.
- Monitor building access, ensuring security; perform general office upkeep and administrative tasks as directed by the Office Manager.
- Assist the Office Manager in coordinating office-based events, sometimes requiring extended hours.
Internal Communications Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company intranet, publish digital content, and ensure information is updated with stakeholder input.
- Plan, edit, and write content for internal channels, including the staff intranet and monthly newsletters, ensuring all communications reflect the company’s brand and values.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to promote engagement surveys, polls, and feedback mechanisms, adapting communications based on employee feedback.
- Lead planning and communications for internal events, including company parties, wellness events, and celebrations.
- Create frameworks for effective communication channels, keeping employees informed with accessible information. Trial and test new content and channels for employee engagement.
- Actively seek opportunities to innovate and improve internal communications processes, content, and channels.
Any other tasks as requested.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be meticulous with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all communications are polished
- You will have good IT skills, particularly with MS Power Point and Word.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders and a team-player approach
