Your Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the reins of Hubfinance’s marketing strategy and content creation. Your mission will be to design and execute marketing initiatives, produce engaging content, and ensure alignment across all channels to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You will also coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, leveraging both internal and external resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, combining inbound/outbound campaigns, digital content, and event marketing.
- Lead content creation and distribution, including newsletters, articles, videos, brochures, email campaigns, tutorials, and social media posts.
- Oversee and optimize Hubfinance’s digital presence, particularly on LinkedIn and the website, utilizing tools such as HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
- Coordinate marketing projects with freelancers and partners to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, acquisition, conversion, etc.), and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, business, and tech teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Your Profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, ideally in a B2B financial or tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing tools, project management software, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Trello, etc.).
- Strong writing, graphic design, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, results-oriented, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
