Role Summary:
Our mid-sized, PE-backed, global business and technology services client is seeking a Head of Human Resources who will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the company's overall management, leading a small team of offshore HR Business Partners and Recruiters. Responsibilities include functional leadership over all areas of HR – talent management which among other things, includes resource management, total rewards, and HR operations. This role will lead the talent agenda on acquisitions with an emphasis on change management and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Must have prior business or technology services industry experience.
- Global HR experience, which also requires the ability to collaborate with offshore colleagues off hours regularly.
- Post-merger integration experience with an emphasis on change management and process
- Experience collaborating with Finance to maximize utilization and resource management at an enterprise level.
- BA required.
