Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive people and culture strategies that align with our mission and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and support professional growth initiatives.
- Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding processes, performance evaluations, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at attracting diverse, mission-aligned talent to our organization.
- Design and implement programs that nurture an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
- Direct employee engagement efforts, utilizing feedback to facilitate continuous improvements in the work environment.
- Create and manage learning and development programs that foster professional advancement and leadership capabilities.
- Serve as a champion for DEI initiatives, working to cultivate an equitable and inclusive organizational atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
- Utilize HR analytics to guide strategic decisions and assess the effectiveness of people-related initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in formulating and executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing and inspiring colleagues across all organizational levels.
- Deep knowledge of DEI principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR technology systems and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, with an emphasis on cultivating culture, talent development, and DEI.
- Experience within the nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.
