Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of people and culture strategies that align with our organizational mission and goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to foster employee engagement, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and advance professional development initiatives.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention efforts.
- Design and implement programs that nurture an inclusive and vibrant workplace culture, utilizing employee feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage comprehensive learning and development programs aimed at enhancing career growth and leadership capabilities for all team members.
- Champion DEI initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive impactful strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, organizational policies, and industry best practices, leveraging HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

- In-depth knowledge of DEI principles and practices.

- Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics to drive decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, with a focus on culture, talent development, and DEI.
- Experience in the nonprofit or mission-driven sector is highly desirable.
