By joining the LEGO GAME team as a Program Manager (Experiential), you’ll play a key role in empowering creators and developers to build, play, and thrive—brick by brick!
Core Responsibilities
As a Program Manager in LEGO GAME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and scaling initiatives that empower GAME creators and developers to thrive within the LEGO ecosystem. Reporting to the Program Lead, your responsibilities will include
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver creator programs while aligning with strategic objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with creators and developers, serving as their primary contact for support and feedback.
- Organize online and offline events to engage and inspire the creator community.
- Identify trends in gaming and developer ecosystems, providing insights for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to drive creator engagement.
- Build and optimize processes for onboarding, tracking, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.

We use gaming as a way to explore new digital play and at the same time want to enable our fans to do the same.
Please note This is a position based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in gaming, tech, or creative industries.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse partners.
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, platforms, and developer tools.
- Experience planning and executing online and offline events.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and passion for supporting creative communities in fast-paced environments.
