Reporting to the Director of People and Inclusion, and sitting within the wider People Services Team, this position line manages 3 officers with specialist areas of responsibility including engagement, learning and development and recruitment.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced individual who can successfully lead this team and influence our future approach. You will provide expert direction on attraction, recruitment, employer branding and talent acquisition. Shaping the recruitment and resourcing strands of the people strategy will be another key responsibility as well as developing and implementing comprehensive talent initiatives that align to our organisational goals to ensure we have the skills we need now and for the future. You will drive our internal communications, and in so doing develop compelling, successful and high impact colleague focussed communication strategies and campaigns.
You will be encouraged to bring your knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity to this position. This is a truly pivotal time for the organisation, and you will be at the heart of several key projects and developments that will enable us to continuously improve and shape our already strong reputation.
