Lead and Inspire: Manage a small, high-performing HR team, driving them to deliver exceptional service and exceeding SLAs. Be the mentor and role model they need to succeed.
Make a Difference: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert HR guidance and contributing to a thriving workplace.
Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Group Heads of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Tackle Exciting Challenges: From complex employee relations cases to TUPE transfers, you'll be overseeing the action, providing expert advice and solutions.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, enhance HR processes, and support the implementation of the annual pay review.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in HR management, with a passion for developing, motivating and leading a small HR team
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations cases to tribunal level and practical experience
Extensive experience in a similar fast-paced generalist HR role with people management responsibilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
English and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalent
A proactive and results-oriented approach
A passion for education and making a difference
Sound understanding of Equal Opportunities and GDPR legislation
