Job Responsibilities:

Involves the execution of local & oversea recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding and etc ·
Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis ·
Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience ·
Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters ·
Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures ·
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Responsible for the work pass application for new hire when need
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: ·

Posses Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource , Marketing and International Business
Minimum 2 years of related HR working experiences·
Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage ·
Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore ·
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in SAP is a plus ·
Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns. ·
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
