They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join there recruitment team.

Specialising in high-volume hiring, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a structured onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular reports and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress, trends, and challenges.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed to attract talent and promote employer branding.
