Senior People Partner – AI / Tech

Compensation: £80K - £115K + bonus + benefits

A pioneering organisation at the intersection of AI and technology has an opportunity for a Senior People Partner to drive culture, engagement, and performance. This is a unique chance to influence a mission-driven company making a global impact through an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Coach managers and advise on people-related matters.
Lead talent retention, organisational design, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in a strategic People Partner role, within a tech startup or scale-up, fast paced environment. You’ll bring solid generalist HR experience and UK employment law knowledge; coaching capability, advisory, and organisational design skills alongside commercial acumen and the ability to drive business-aligned HR strategies.

With a strength in stakeholder management and excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll be able to demonstrate how you are at cutting edge of people and culture.

CIPD qualification or equivalent required.
